When I arrived, these guys were nothing but a rabble; completely disorganised and disinterested. I've made this team what it is today! Seriously folks, I was flattered to be asked to manage the team and when I arrived I could see that the guys had the basis of a good team. More than that, I could see that they were a decent bunch of guys, and that's proved to be the case. I'm glad Benji asked me to become involved and the fact that the team was called Ravenscraig obviously struck a chord with me - I used to work in the 'Craig. And there was me thinking I'd left that part of my life behind me!
