TEAM LOGO
Just as our name was influenced by the Ravenscraig Steelworks, so to was our team logo. Ravenscraig was built in the late 1950s on farmland that previously separated Motherwell and Wishaw. That farmland was populated by Ravens and the route through the farmland, connecting Craigneuk and Carfin, was known locally as the Craig Road. Hence the name RavensCraig. That name than formed the basis of the logo that became the official logo of the Ravenscraig steelworks. With the steelworks gone, and lest we forget, we have now adopted that logo as our official team logo. We are however not the only team with the Ravens nickname, we share that privilege with American Football team The Baltimore Ravens (See their logo at the side). WHERE WE PLAY & TRAIN

Our main home venue is King George V Park in Wishaw. Houldsworth Park is where we train every Monday and Thursday night in winter and in spring/summer we train at the Mausoleum parks in Hamilton. King George V is easy to find and is prominently located on Glasgow Road, the main approach road into Wishaw from the Motherwell direction. The Park is situated next to the new Wishaw General Hospital and close to Wishaw Sports Centre.

OUR STRIPS
Our home strip is black & white stripped tops, white shorts and black and white hooped socks. Our away strip is red tops, black shorts and black socks. Click here to see photos of both our strips.
